Sky Ridge Medical Center has seen a lot of us over the past few months! It is finally time to deliver and we are so lucky to be among some of the first families to deliver in this new, state of the art facility. We CANNOT wait to meet our little gentlemen!

Austin Edward Bozarth born at 5:47 pm on July 10, 2015 weighing 6 lbs and measuring 19" long.
Ace Gifford Bozarth born at 6:02 pm on July 10, 2015 weighing 4 lbs 9 oz and measuring 17" long.
We had quite the day. The anticipation for delivery was intense. We slept, talked, and took selfies to pass time. We were surviving in the waiting room on skittles and soda, not the best mix to calm our nerves. It was nice that our families and the family of our carrier were there with us waiting too.
Finally a little after 5 pm on July 10th it was time. We headed to the OR to meet our little bundles of joy.
It was an experience that neither Kent nor I will ever forget and one we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The OR was filled with an amazing team of doctors and nurses ready to get these babies delivered, cleaned up and into our arms.
First up, Austin. He came out screaming! It was like hearing the best song ever, truly music to our ears. The nurses took him to the warmer and wiped him off then Kent cut the umbilical cord. It was a surreal moment when they handed him over to us at just minutes old.
After a little struggle, Ace was delivered. He was stubborn and decided to come out feet first. There was no scream right away but it only took the amazing nurses a minute to get his airway clear and he was wailing. Kent was able to cut the umbilical cord, which had come out tied in a knot. Neither Kent or I had any idea he would be so small, it was like holding a doll, not a baby.
After delivery we headed back to our room and waited for the grandparents to come and meet Austin and Ace. The boys also had some special friends visit them. They are already so loved.
Our stay at Sky Ridge Medical Center was a wonderful experience and I cannot thank our amazing Gestational Carrier and her family enough for giving us the most selfless gift we could ever hope to receive. We have so much respect and fondness for you all.

We had quite the first week. We actually cheered that we kept these little guys alive and thriving for 7 days!!!
Our fist adventure was to our pediatrician's office. Ace doesn't mind anything, he is a very relaxed mini-baby. Austin on the other hand is very vocal about things he done not like, and one of those is his car seat. Despite the drama, we had three great visits with our doctor.
This week brought a lot of visitors, which we loved. It was so excited to see Kris and we're so happy she could meet our little guys before heading back to MT. It is a wonderful feeling to share this experience in our lives with those people we love most.
It has been interesting trying to figure out the feeding/sleeping/sanity ratio...we have managed so far. We have had some laughs over the amount of diapers and clothes and blankets we go through daily. Speaking of clothes, Ace came out a little smaller than we expected so his clothes are wearing him for now. It is pretty cute...
We cannot wait to see what week two has in store.

This shoot was by far the most adorable I've ever been part of! I have to admit there was a little styling involved ;)
We wanted to have special images of our first days with Ace & Ausitn and Bella Baby made that happen for us.

WOW! A whole year gone. It went by so quickly. The boys have been so busy growing we have hardly noticed the days going by. Someone said to me once that they days are long but the weeks and months are short, they were so right. Here is a look back at each month
